If you're anything like us, occasionally you'll need to call for help. For us, that's when the kitchen's on fire.
When it comes to computer support and IT consulting, though, we're never fazed. We're fully qualified, and can do everything IT-related. Whether your internet's out, your PC won't turn on, or "Telstra" gave you a call, we can help.
Our technician, Peter, has been working in the IT consulting business for a decade - repairing computers, setting up and troubleshooting internet connections and home networks, developing home IT systems and fixing even the most obscure of software and hardware glitches.
Peter has degrees in Computer Science and trade qualifications that make him the perfect person to help out with any computer support problem - he's even Mac-certified and knows all the insides and outs of Cupertino's finest. In his spare time he likes playing soccer, cooking, and (much to the chagrin of his family) playing with all sorts of technology whenever humanly possible.
We've all had the fun of dealing with tradies or phone companies before. You either get an 8-hour window to take off work, or a particular time chosen by them (and either way, inevitably, nobody shows up).
We're not like that.
We set an appointment (that suits you!) and we turn up at that time. It sounds impossible, but we've managed to bend space and time to make it happen.
Once we're onsite you don't need to worry about the clock - we don't charge by the hour. All of our computer support services have simple, up-front prices that we explain before we even touch your computer - your credit card won't be in any danger of any shocks and you can rest easy knowing we're concentrating only on getting you back online!
